To be honest, I think most maternity sessions are very cheesy, and very posed. Which is fine- if that is the look your are going for. But I think maternity sessions, like any portrait session, should really capture you at that time.
That being said, Jenna’s maternity session wasn’t cheesy at all. It was so relaxed; I really felt like a friend just dropping by for a visit.
We started in their brand new nursery which is so cute!
Then we went downstairs to take advantage of the gorgeous light and a couch that I instantly fell in love with:
I think husbands should be included in a maternity session.. and not in the “we’re both shirtless” cheesy way. Thank you Ryan, for joining us for a few minutes!
